Debbie Dingle

Debbie is a self-sufficient Dingle and in many ways her mother's daughter. Despite a rocky start in life she's done well for herself, running her own business and getting custody of daughter Sarah.

Like most of the Dingles she has been involved in lots of scams and money is important to her. Especially now that she wants to give her potentially terminally ill daughter Sarah every opportunity in life. Although hard faced in business and dealing with people who have crossed her she is emotionally vulnerable with men.

Keywords to describe character: Strong, wilful, driven, proud, brave.

Domestic Set: Butlers Farm

Work Set: Own Dingle Garage and courier business at Pear Tree.

Relationships in show: Cain (dad), Charity (mum), Sarah (daughter), Jack (son), all of the other Dingles, Cameron (ex-partner she can't get over), Andy (ex-partner and father to her children).

First appearance: December 2002

No of wives, children, car crashes, etc: 2 children, her second, Jack, was conceived to be a saviour sibling for her daughter Sarah.

Likes: Being in control.

Dislikes: Admitting her feelings, not being able to provide for her children.

If they could have one wish, what would it be? Have Cameron back.
