Saint Petersburg: Saint Petersburg Stadium

Location: Krestovsky Island, St Petersburg
Capacity: 67,000.
Status: commissioned.
Opening date: The first football match took place on 22nd April, 2017 when FC Zenit took on FC Ural in the Russian Premier League. The stadium also hosted a nuber of Confederations Cup 2017 matches, including the opening match and the final.

Kazan: Kazan Arena

Location: Novo-Savinovsky district, on the Kazankariver bank, Kazan
Capacity: 45,000.
Status: commissioned.
Opening date: The stadium was unveiled on June 14, 2013, and hosted Fifa Confederations Cup 2017 matches.

Moscow: Spartak Stadium

Location: Volokolamskoye Highway, the former Tushino airfield on the bank of the Moscow River.
Capacity: 45,000*.Status: commissioned.
Opening date: The stadium was unveiled on 5th September 2014, with a friendly played between FC Spartak Moscow and FC Red Star Belgrade. Spartak Stadium also hosted a number of Fifa Confederations Cup 2017 matches last summer.

Moscow: Luzhniki Stadium

Location: Luzhnetskaya Embankment, Moscow
Capacity: 80,000
Status: Stadium reconstruction.
Opening date: The stadium was unveiled on 11th November 2017, with a friendly played between Russia and Argentina which the visitors won 1-0.
