Andi's 3 Ingredient Scones300g self-raising flour125ml thick cream125ml lemonadeMethod... 1. Preheat the oven to 220C. 2. Lightly grease a baking tray. 3. Place the flour in a large bowl.4. Add the cream and lemonade and mix to form a soft dough. 5. Turn out onto a lightly floured workbench and knead lightly until combined. 6. Press the dough with your hands to a thickness of about 2cm. 7. Use a 6cm round cutter to cut out 8 scones and place on a baking tray. 8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
