Good Morning Britain's Breakfast in America

The nights are drawing in but here at Good Morning Britain we've got something to really cheer you up. We are offering 100 people the chance to wake up and experience some fun, thrills, sunshine this November In Orlando, Florida.

Adrenaline Junkie Jack Osbourne has been there to check out the famous theme parks of Orlando, now it's your turn. We are offering 50 people plus one companion each, the chance to be part of #Orlando100. All 100 of you will jet off with British Airways from London Gatwick airport on Monday 17 November for a six night stay close to the theme parks.

You and your companion will get a one day ticket to Walt Disney Resorts Florida and a one day ticket to Universal's Orlando Parks. You will also have some days to do your own thing, whether that's visiting some of Orlando's other attractions, shopping or just chilling by the pool.

Who can enter:

Prize Draw is open to entrants who meet the following criteria:

· Must be aged 18 or over;· Must be a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man resident;· Must not be an employee of the Promoter, their immediate family, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw;· Must not be enrolled in full time education (secondary education) as the trip will take place during school term time;· Must not be aware of any reason why they would not be granted a visa to the USA;· Must provide their own travel insurance to take up the Prize;· Must be able to bring along a companion who must meet each of the entrant’s eligibility criteria as sent out in these terms and conditions;· Must be available to be contacted by telephone between Tuesday 30September 2014 and Wednesday 8 October 2014; and· Must be available to take up the Prize between 17 and 24 November2014 inclusive, and/or on such other date or dates as may be specified by the Promoter and/or producers.

By entering this Prize Draw the entrant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and that he/she may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter and/or producers, be contacted and that they may be required for filming purposes and/or other appearances at anytime for simultaneous or later broadcast in any media. Not all entrants will be contacted.

Proof of eligibility will be required. Failure to provide such proof, or to meet the eligibility criteria or to comply with these terms and conditions in any way may result in disqualification from the Prize Draw at any time.

The selection process, the announcement of the winners and the winners taking up the Prize may, in the sole discretion of the producers, be filmed on such dates as may be determined by the producers and broadcast any media at any time. By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant grants the Promoter (and any third parties authorised by the Promoter) permission to publish in all media, adapt, in whole or in part, or otherwise exploit in any way it wants, (including but not limited to use in broadcast programmes and publication online) any entrant’s entry and the right to film and exploit any entrant’s participation in the process set out in these terms and conditions (including without limitation any participation in the Prize (if applicable)). The entrant agrees that no fee will be payable for such exploitation. The entrant also agrees to waive in perpetuity any ‘moral rights’ in their entry or participation.

Winner selection & contact:

Shortlist selection - during the week beginning Monday 29 September2014, the producers will randomly select from all entries a shortlist of seventy (70) entrants. The producers reserve the right to randomly select additional entrants for the shortlist in the event any of the shortlisted entrants is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with the criteria or with the terms and conditions, and therefore forfeits their entry and/or the Prize.

The Prize is time sensitive and each of the shortlisted entrants will be called at least once per day (up to a maximum of three (3) times per day) (Monday-Friday) and once at the weekend for one (1) week on the phone number provided. If the winner cannot be contacted in this period, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that shortlisted entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and select another winner. The same process will apply until a winner is successfully contacted and eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions is confirmed.

Winner selection - each of the shortlisted entrants who have been successfully contacted and confirmed their eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions will be entered into a second draw which will take place onThursday 9 October 2014. In the second draw, the producers will randomly select from amongst the shortlisted entrants, fifty (50) winners, in every case subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

From Monday 20 October 2014 to Friday 24 October 2014, the producers reserve the right to select (in their sole discretion) one or more winners who will receive confirmation of the Prize in person directly from the producers which may be live on-air on the programme and/or be recorded for later broadcast in whole or in part in the programme, online or in any other media in the producers’ discretion.

Other than the winners selected to be filmed, each winner will be notified by or about Friday 24 October 2014.

The producers reserve the right to randomly select a shortlisted entrant and/or any other entrant to the Prize Draw to be a winner of the Prize in the event any of the winners at any time is ineligible or fails to meet the entry criteria or otherwise fails to comply with the terms and conditions and therefore forfeits the Prize.

ThePrize is a trip for fifty (50) winners and one (1) companion each to Orlando, Florida, USA for six (6) nights. The Prize includes the following:

· Return economy class flights for each winner and their companion from London Gatwick to Orlando on Monday 17 November 2014, returning Sunday 23 November 2014 (arriving at London Gatwick Monday 24 November 2014);

· Ground transfers from Orlando to the hotel on Monday 17 November 2014 and ground transfers from the hotel to Orlando on Sunday 23 November 2014;

· Six (6) nights’ hotel accommodation in Orlando on a room only basis based on each winner and their companion sharing a twin or double bedroom;

· Welcome dinner at the hotel on Monday 17 November 2014 for each winner and their companion;

· Return ground transportation for each winner and their companion from the hotel to two parks (Universal and Disney world Florida) as set out below;

· Entry tickets (day passes) to Disney world Florida for each winner and their companion; and

· Entry tickets (day passes) to Universal for each winner and their companion.

Each winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA, including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. Each winner and their companion must provide any details requested by the Promoter or Prize Provider to take up the Prize which may include without limitation their full name (as it appears on their passport), their date of birth, gender,nationality, passport number, country of issue and expiry date (or alien registration number where applicable).

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Providers.Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Providers will sponsor any visa applications. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Providers of any wheelchair or other access and/or meal requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the visa entry requirements to USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

There maybe additional activities which the Promoter may request the winner and their companion to participate in. Some of these activities may be restricted to those aged 21 and over. The Promoter reserves the right not to offer such activities to those winners and their companions not aged 21 and over.

In respect of the flights, the winner and the winner’s companions agree to comply with British Airways’ Standard Conditions of Carriage and travel and ticket conditions, in force from time to time, currently to be found at http://www.britishairways.com/travel/genconcarr1/public/en_gb and terms and restrictions including baggage allowance. The winner must provide full names (as stated in passport) of all passengers to ITV on or before 31 October 2014.

British Airways is not obliged to carry any individuals on the return flight who did not fly on the outbound flight. A single name change of the traveller may be permitted (at British Airways’ discretion) up to 5 hours in advance of outbound travel. No changes or cancellations are permitted after check-in.

The winner should make sure that they and their companions comply with all advance passenger information requirements,

Each winner and their companion will, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, be required to participate in promotional activity relating to the Prize at anytime, including but not limited to being filmed during the trip, taking part in interview(s) for live or recorded broadcast in the programme and/or online or other media as may be applicable.

The Prize is not upgradeable. The Prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, any additional travel, accommodation, excursions attractions, meals and drinks not included in the Prize, parking costs, hotel charges, room service, telephone costs,internet access costs, souvenirs, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, excess baggage, spending money, personal expenses, passports, visas, taxes and, where relevant, any additional expenses and costs. Any taxable benefit will be the winners’ sole obligation.
