Caitlyn Jenner: It's a 'big loss' not having a relationship with Kim
Since the book came out I’ve never talked to Kris again, Kim I haven’t talked to in six or nine months
Olympic champion, reality tv star, author and the most famous openly transgender women in the world Caitlyn Jenner joined us this morning.
In an exclusive interview on Good Morning Britain, she said it was a ‘big loss’ to no longer have a relationship with step-daughter Kim Kardashian.
Speaking to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, Caitlyn said: “I love Kim she’s a great person. I have such respect for her as a mother, as a business person, but like Kris she is very opinionated and, but that’s okay I love that about her."
She added: “It’s a big loss in my life not having her there anymore and to me I mean that’s sad, I love all my children, I raised them, I spent almost 25 years of my life with all these kids.”
I’m the same person I was before in so many ways, but I’m so much more comfortable with myself today
On her relations with most famous family in the world after spending 23 years being part of their lives, Caitlyn said: “The Kardashian side, honestly I really don’t talk to them that often, so I, you know, I just kind of deal with that. Fortunately I have a lot of children.”
She also touched upon the rift between her and her ex wife and stepchildren caused by her book The Secrets of My Life, saying: "I went overboard to be nice, to be friendly, to be open but also tell my story and my side of the story and since the book came out I’ve never talked to Kris again, Kim I haven’t talked to in six or nine months.”
