Boris Johnson has put the country into lockdown to prevent further spread of the coronavirus - and warned it could take up to six months before life returns to normal.

Avoid contact with sick people
Avoid touching your face without reason
Always wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water - or use a sanitizer gel
Use a tissue for coughs and sneezes, if you don't have a tissue and use your sleeve
