Poll: Should litter louts be named and shamed?
A council in Wales has posted the faces of their most wanted litter louts in a bid to chase up fines they owe. Litter patrol officers in Rhonda Cynon Taff wear cameras out on patrol and issue fixed penalty notices to offenders.
Should people be fined for littering? Do you think the council are right to name and shame offenders in a bid to clean up the streets? Would you name and shame a stranger in the street if you saw them littering? Perhaps you'd like to see this scheme rolled out across the UK? We'd love to hear from you - vote in our poll above before 8am.
Does litter drive you crazy in your local area? Send us pictures of rubbish you've spotted.
