Transgender people could be able to swap prisons if new law is passed

Should transgender prisoners be allowed to choose if they serve their sentence in a male or female jail?

The Government is currently considering relaxing the laws around how people define their gender.

It's led to concern that prisoners like Soham murderer Ian Huntley could eventually be moved to a women's prison. It's already been reported he's asked other inmates to refer to him by his female name, Lian.

We debate the question with Nicola Williams from Fair Play for Women and transgender TV presenter India Willoughby.
