Will James Blunt play at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding?
James Blunt has busked with Bear Grylls, is friends with the royals, served in the army with Prince Harry and this morning joined us in the Good Morning Britain studio.
The singer-songwriter joined Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid for a rare chat before Christmas to promote his fifth album The Afterlove.
Piers was so excited for James’ arrival that he sung, or at least tried to sing, his biggest hit You’re Beautiful all morning - much to the joy of Susanna and the rest of the GMB viewers.
Despite his song being a chart-topping success around the world and clearly one of Piers’ favourite songs, Blunt admitted to "taking the mickey" and being "rude" about the popular song.
He said: "People, when they buy a ticket to see me, really expect to hear that song and if I didn't play it they'd ask for their money back. I’m probably quite disrespectful to a lot of my supporters when I’m rude about it."
Also, with Blunt's strong friendship with the royals, it begs the question - will he perform at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding?
