Love Island winners Amber and Greg 'split after he dumps her by TEXT'
The winners of this year's Love Island are the latest couple to split, making them the fastest ever show winners to part ways.
Amber Gill is reportedly 'devastated' after her boyfriend Greg O'Shea dumped her by text message just 39 days after they first got together.
According to The Sun newspaper, Greg had used their busy careers as the reason to split, with Amber blindsided as she was due to fly to Ireland to stay with him this weekend.
The insider revealed: "Amber feels used by Greg. He was always aware of the distance and his career in their relationship, and yet he chose to seek out Amber in the villa knowing there would always be the distance.
"Amber is devastated, she thought he was a lovely guy, but he's made his feelings clear over text, which isn't very sensitive.
"She had a feeling he was going to make the decision to end things but only because she'd been hearing things - he hadn't the decency to tell her himself."
The Irish rugby player won over the hearts of viewers when he appeared to save Amber from heartbreak after she was brutally dumped by fellow islander Michael following his return from Casa Amor.
Amber and Greg went on to beat villa favourites, Tommy Fury and Molly Mae to take on the £50,000 cash prize despite having only dated for two weeks in the villa.
The reports comes after the couple reunited over FaceTime following speculation of a split from fans who questioned why they hadn't been seen together since her trip to Ireland last month.
