The intimate moments Boris shared with girlfriend Carrie as he stormed to victory
Carrie Symonds continued to support boyfriend Boris Johnson on the trail as he led the Conservative Party into a historic win in the 2019 General Election.
The 31-year-old PR guru took centre stage on Friday morning as she accompanied the Prime Minister as he stormed his way to an election victory.
Symonds was all smiles as she waved to the cameras in her first 'official' appearance with boyfriend Boris Johnson outside the Number 10.
Carrie was working in the Conservative Party's communications team and she is the first unmarried partner of a Prime Minister to live at the famous property - although the couple have actually set up home above Number 11 rather than the traditional residence.
The touching moments comes after Boris Johnson's sister Rachel revealed on Good Morning Britain that she had not yet met her brother's partner.
Piers said: "Can we talk about one other person in all of this who has been a bit of a star, Carrie."
He then gestured his pen towards Rachel, to which she responded: "I've never met Carrie".
Piers was shocked that she had never met her and said "really" before Rachel responded: "Well not yet. It's not something I came to talk about".
Piers turned to Boris' father Stanley and asked him if he had met his son's girlfriend.
He replied: "I've talked about elephants I have talked about rats. Of course, I have met her. We are united in this."
