ITV Embrace is our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic network for ITV colleagues, open to anyone who’s interested in networking and discussing what makes ITV a diverse and inclusive workplace. Launched in 2017 as a forum for discussion, we turn ideas into action, with projects, initiatives and activities centred around our Diversity and Inclusion priorities to make a real lasting impact.

ITV Embrace’s main focus areas for 2021 are: Development of internal key Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic ITV Staff in order to drive the ambition of ethnically diverse employees and promote ITV externally as a diverse employer and a place for talent to thrive. Engagement with staff through initiatives that forge education and understanding as well as celebrations of the cultural calendar to drive awareness. A targeted and bespoke approach to providing Outreach into education systems to promote to educate the next generation on the changing culture at ITV.
