We all have good days and less good days, but there are things we can do to get us through. It’s all about finding out what works for you.

We caught up with 6 stars on our new ITV Hub series The Full Treatment to hear what tips and tricks give them a boost. Here are a few of our faves, and you can find more in the ITV Hub episodes.


I will read 100 comments on a photo, 99 will be positive, then 1 will be negative and I’ll latch onto that one. You can’t control people’s comments - if suddenly you get bad ones does that mean it’s gonna affect my mood? No.


I was feeling really bad one day and I wrote down everything bad that I was feeling. Writing it helped me to process it and then move on from it.

Jamie’s Tip

My anxiety is the fear of being anxious. Being open and speaking to your friends is key. The second thing is exercise - exercise for me is the winner.

Chelcee’s Tip

Try a few different things and find something that you love. It’s about staying true to who you are. And even though it's hard right now, it’s so going to be worth it, so just know it gets better.


I like to get the positive vibes going when I’m in the car. I have the music cranked up at full volume, singing, just shouting the words gives me a good feeling throughout my entire body.


I write down my gratitudes and it’s about the small things: having food in the fridge, having friends, family. It’s made me realise what’s important.


I used to get a negative comment and it would bug me and keep me up at night. But now I’m just like, you’re not gonna please everyone all the time.


I think exercise is so important for your mental health. At least try and do 20 or 15 minutes a day.
