How do I buy for a Sky Set Top Box?
If you haven't previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event, you'll need to register with us at www.itvboxoffice.com. Please ensure you have your Sky Viewing Card Number and payment details to hand and ensure that the Sky Viewing Card is inserted correctly into the box before you register. Once registration and payment is complete the channel (493) will decrypt on the night of the event you have purchased.

Can I buy with my Sky remote?
If you have previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event AND opted to have your payment details stored, you can buy future events using the Sky remote.

Additionally, if you have been contacted by email and your account has been disabled, you will need to sign in on the website and purchase.

When can I buy for Sky?
If you're new to ITV Box Office and are registering and buying for the first time, please check the website for more details around when the purchase window for our next event will open. If you've previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event, you are able to buy through your Sky remote 7 days before Fight Night.

Existing ITV Box Office Customers

I am seeing an error message whilst attempting to purchase the event through the website?

If you are seeing the following message: "It appears you already have an account with us. Please log in." It means your Sky Viewing Card Number has already been registered with ITV Box Office.

Please log in with your original email address details, where you will be able to purchase the event. If you cannot remember your password, please go to the website, click 'Sign In', then 'forgotten your password?' and follow the password reset steps. Please note, you will not be able to register your Sky viewing card to more than one account. If the problem persists or you are experiencing any other error messages, please contact Customer Support on 0330 123 9533 or email us at itvboxofficesupport@itv.com.

I have forgotten my existing ITV Box Office username
Your ITV Box Office username is your email address. If you cannot remember which email address you have registered with, please contact Customer Support on 0330 123 9533 or email us at itvboxofficesupport@itv.com. The team will ask you to confirm additional security information to obtain your username.

When can I purchase the next event using my Sky remote control?
If you've previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event, you are able to buy through your Sky remote 7 days before Fight Night.

How do I purchase the event via my Sky remote?

Sky HD Box
1) Press 'Box Office' on your Sky remote control
2) Click on 'Box Office' on screen
3) Under Sports/Events, click on 'The Big Fight Live'
4) Press 'R' to purchase the fight

Sky Q Box
1) Press the ‘home’ icon button on your Sky Q remote control
2) Click on ‘Sports’
2) Select 'Box Office'
3) Click on 'The Big Fight Live'
4) Press 'R' to purchase the fight

If the event does not appear, the buy window may not be open. The buy window opens 7 days before Fight Night.

I have previously bought ITV Box Office events but I am unable to buy again via my Sky remote?
If you have previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event through the website and selected the option to NOT store your payment details, you will not be able to use your Sky remote control.

If you’ve previously had this functionality but haven’t bought an event post January 2018, due to new data regulation we will not have been able to retain your payment details and removed your ability to buy ITV Box Office events using your Sky remote control. To enable this, simply buy your next event on the website, we will store your payment details and this will enable you to purchase future events via your Sky remote control.

If you have requested that your ITV Box Office account is deleted, your details forgotten or your payment details removed, you will NOT be able to purchase events via your Sky remote.

Additionally, if you have been contacted by email and your account has been disabled, you will need to sign in on the website and purchase.

I have received an email confirming my account has been removed - what does this mean?
If you have received any correspondence from ITV Box Office to confirm that your account has been removed, but you wish to purchase a future Pay-Per-View event, simply visit itvboxoffice.com, register as a new customer and follow the purchase steps.

General Sky Queries

Where can I find my Viewing Card Number?
For Sky + HD box: select the services button; Scroll to the right and select "settings", then scroll to the right and select "details" to access your Viewing Card Number. If you are a Sky Q customer go to Settings > System Information.

I have a second Sky Box in another room, will it work on both boxes?
No. You will need to purchase the event on each viewing card / Sky HD box you wish to watch the event on.

I have a Sky HD or Sky Q box but do not have a Viewing Card
If you would like to view ITV Box Office you will need to order a Sky Viewing Card by emailing us at itvboxofficesupport@itv.com.

How long will it take for me to be able to watch the channel after I have purchased the event?
Viewing should be enabled immediately but could take up to 4 hours at peak times. Please also ensure your Sky Viewing Card was correctly inserted in the box at the time of purchase otherwise the signal will not reach Sky Set Top Box.

Can I record the fight?

This will depend on how you have purchased the event:

- I have purchased the event via the ITV Box Office website:
No, unfortunately you will not be able to record this event, however repeats of the DeGale v Eubank fight will be played out at from 12pm, 4.30pm and 9pm on Sunday 24th February

- I have purchased the event via my Sky Set Top Box:
Yes. If you want to record either the DeGale v Eubank event ('The Big Fight Live' starting at 7pm on Saturday 23rd) and/or the Dirrell v Yildirim fight ('The Big Fight Live' starting at 3am on Sunday 24th), you will need to record these events individually by clicking the Record option for each event through the Sky on-screen TV Guide.

- I have not yet purchased the event:
The event will only be available to record if you have purchased via your Sky Set Top Box remote control. Purchases can only be made via your remote control if you have previously registered and purchased through ITV Box Office and your payment details have been stored.
If you are new to ITV Box Office or cannot purchase via your remote control, you will not be able to record this event but there will be repeats scheduled should you be unable to watch live.

Is there a repeat of the event?
Repeats are available to purchase for Sky, Virgin and TVPlayer only.

Sky customers who have purchased this event can watch the scheduled repeats the following day on Sky channel 493. Please check listings for more information.

Anthony Dirrell v Avni Yildirim repeats
Viewers will also get Anthony Dirrell v Avni Yildirim live and FREE on ITV Box Office when you purchase our packed DeGale vs Eubank Jr event. Please note, Dirrell v Yildrim will not be available for repeats.

Invalid Sky Viewing Card Number
I'm getting a message: Sorry that is not a valid Sky Viewing Card Number

When registering, please ensure you input your Sky Viewing Card number correctly. For Sky + HD box: select the services button; Scroll to the right and select "settings", then scroll to the right and select "details" to access your Viewing Card Number. If you are a Sky Q customer go to Settings > System Information. Please ensure that the Sky Viewing Card is inserted correctly into the box before you register.

Your postcode has to match the exact format that appears on your Sky account and correspondence. Our systems validate your postcode based on this information. Please review what appears on your Sky account, amend your postcode and try again.

Is ITV Box Office available in SD?
No. ITV Box Office is a HD channel and can only be viewed on Sky HD and Sky Q set top boxes.

What time can I start watching the event if I prepaid the day before?
If you have purchased in advance of Fight Night, please check listings for programme start times.

What is the channel number (EPG)?
493

When will I be billed for any purchases?
Please note, ITV Box Office events are charged by ITV separate to your Sky bill and payment ​may be taken after the event and usually within 60 days.

What if I want to change my payment details?
If you want to change your payments details, please log in to your account at itvboxoffice.com and update your payment details using the Payment Details section.

General Sky Help

Can I call and buy over the phone?
No, the only way to buy this event is via the registration form online at www.itvboxoffice.com if you are a new customer to ITV Box Office wanting to watch on Sky. Customers who have previously registered and bought an ITV Box Office event can buy using their Sky remote provided the option to store payment details has been selected.

What payment do you accept?
If you are a Sky customer, you can pay via most major debit and credit cards, or you can pay using your Paypal account. For Virgin and TVPlayer purchases, please refer to their website for payment options.

I've bought an event but would like to cancel
You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time up to the earlier of (a) 14 days after the date on which we sent you email confirmation of your purchase, or (b) the time at which we make available the fight you have purchased to you, at which time the provision of the services which have purchased has commenced and so you will not have a right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel, please call Customer Support on 0330 123 9533 or email us at itvboxofficesupport@itv.com. Refunds will only be processed to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Sky Viewing Issues

What do I do if the screen is blue or blank?
If you're a new customer to ITV Box Office, please ensure you have registered and bought the event at www.itvboxoffice.com. Your Sky Viewing Card has to be correctly inserted in your box at the time of purchase, if it wasn’t the signal will not be received. Please call 0330 123 9533 and we can re-authorise your signal. If you have purchased through your remote, as a returning customer and are experiencing any issues, please check your cable connections and try rebooting your box.

To check if you have successfully purchased the event via your remote control, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: With the Sky box turned on, click on the Box Office button on your remote
  • Step 2: Select Box Office as an option
  • Step 3: Select the Pay per view event purchased e.g. 'The Big Fight Live'
  • Step 4: Your Set Top Box will process the request
  • Step 5: If the event has been successfully purchased, this will be confirmed on screen.

If this confirmation screen is not displayed, the set top box has not received confirmation of the purchase. Viewing should be enabled immediately after purchase but could take up to 4 hours at peak times.

What if I see a message on screen saying : Channel / Programme Not Available
Please check that your Sky viewing card has been inserted correctly.

What do I do if the following message appears: "No satellite signal being received"?
Please check your cable connections and try rebooting your box. If this issues persists, please contact your satellite provider.

What do I do if I keep losing the signal whilst watching the event?
When viewing on a Set Top Box, extreme weather conditions can disrupt satellite signals which can affect your picture quality. If this issue persists, please contact your satellite provider. If streaming online, please check your broadband connection and cables.

Is ITV Box Office available outside of the UK & Ireland?
No, ITV Box Office is only available in the UK & the Republic of Ireland.

I operate a commercial premises, with a Sky box, how do I view?
You cannot use a household / domestic subscription to watch ITV Box Office in commercial premises. To purchase ITV Box Office for commercial premises, please click here or call 08442 411 111.

I have not received a purchase confirmation email
Please ensure that you have completed the registration fully and reached the payment confirmation page. If so, your purchase has been successful. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your purchase within 30 minutes. Please also check your junk/spam folder. If you have previously registered with ITV Box Office you can order the event via your remote control, but you will not receive an acknowledgement.

If you have purchased via the website, please login to your ITV Box Office account and go to the Your Purchases section where you will see confirmation of your purchases (only purchases made within the last 90 days will appear here). You will also see a banner at the top of the page confirming your purchase.

Please note purchases made via remote control will not be confirmed via email nor appear in the Your Purchases section on the website.

I have been charged by ITV Box Office - what is this for?
If you have purchased an event via the website, ITV Box Office will collect payment at the time of the event.

If you have registered and purchased an event via the website, future events can then be purchased via your Sky remote control. Please note that when purchases are made via the Sky remote, the payment details used when first registering (unless amended prior purchasing) will be charged within 60 days of the purchased event.

Please note, when contacting the ITV Box Office team, you will be asked for your Name, Sky Viewing Card Number and Postcode if required. If your query requires us to trace payments relating to your account, you may also be asked for the first 4 digits and last 4 digits of the card you paid with. You will NEVER be asked for the full card number or any other details relating to your account.

You can update your personal details held by logging on to your account at itvboxoffice.com and selecting Personal Details.

I want to change my payment details
You can update your payments details held by logging on to your account at itvboxoffice.com and selecting Payment Details.

I want to change my email address
You can update your email address/username by logging on to your account at itvboxoffice.com and selecting Personal Details.

I want to remove my payment details from my account
If you want to remove your payment details, please email us at itvboxofficesupport@itv.com. By removing your payment details attached to your account, you will not be able to purchase any future ITV Box Office events through your Sky remote control.

Virgin Viewers

How do I buy?
Only Virgin customers with a TiVo or V6 set top box can purchase and view this event. To purchase using your Virgin box, select: ON Demand > Live events then press the red button. Choose the event and select ok, then follow the on screen instructions. To view the event on the day, go to On Demand > Live Events.

When can I buy?
The purchase window to buy on Virgin TiVo and V6 opens 5 days prior to Fight Night.

Can I record the fight and watch later?
Recording of this event is not enabled, however customers who have purchased this event through Virgin can access the scheduled repeats through the Live Events menu. If you did not purchase access to the live event you can purchase access to the scheduled repeats through the Live Events menu on your Virgin TiVo or V6 set top box.

TVPlayer Viewers

How can I buy online?
If you are NOT a Sky customer and would like to watch an ITV Box Office event online, access to ITV Box Office events is provided by TVPlayer (a third party supplier). Visit the TVPlayer website here, where you can register and buy the event from TVPlayer.

What devices can I watch the event on?
You can watch ITV Box Office on a range of supported devices for TVPlayer. For further information please refer to TVPlayer by clicking here.

Can I record the fight and watch later?
This will not be possible. There will be no on-demand viewing available once the event finishes streaming.

Customers who have purchased this event through TVPlayer can view repeats, available on demand for up to 7 days after fight night. If you did not purchase access to the live event you can purchase access to the repeats at tvplayer.com.

PlayStation 4 Viewers

How do I buy?
1. On your PlayStation®4 Home Screen, navigate to PlayStation™Store. 2. Within PlayStation™Store, select Search and start typing, 'The Big Fight Live' – The Search will display results after you type a few characters. Click on the result and you will be taken to the event page. 3. Alternatively, click on a promotional banner for this event and you will be taken to the event page. 4. On the event page, select the Pre-Order or later Buy button and follow the instructions. You can pay for this event using your PlayStation Network account and wallet.

When can I buy?
You will be able to pre-order the event on the PlayStation™Store and will be available for purchase until the end of the stream. There will be no on-demand viewing available once the event finishes streaming.

Can I record the fight and watch later?
