It’s party time in John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen this week, with a menu that’s a real crowd pleaser.
There’s homemade hummus with lamb and roti, Lisa’s Mum’s coronation chicken - served three ways, zesty salad rolls and beautiful cherry and almond tartlets. Later John and Lisa are joined by BOSH! - the cooking duo who’ve been causing a sensation with their plant based recipes.
They’ll be making vegan wild west wings and their take on a baked camembert.
