French Toast Muffins with Frozen Berries and White Chocolate
It's time to make French Toast even more delicious with Lisa's easy berry and white chocolate muffins. They're a great way to kick off the weekend!
Makes 12 muffins
50g white choc chips or white chocolate
8-10 slices of white or brown bread
200g frozen berries
A little icing sugar
Preheat the oven to 190C.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar.
Cut the bread into cubes and add to the mixture, then stir in the fruit and chocolate.
Divide evenly into greased muffin tins.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Once cooled, dust with icing sugar.
