This Asian slaw is super speedy to whiz up. Infused with chillies and sesame seeds, your guests will be asking for more slaw.
1 small green pointed cabbage
2 largish carrots
3 long red chillis diced
2 tsp of roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of crème fraîche (or yoghurt)
12 cherry tomatoes split
Salt & pepper
1 lemon juiced
Handful of mint, coriander, basil
20gr pea shoots (Keep these separate for the top)
Shred the cabbage and carrots and season with salt and pepper.
Add diced chillies.
Squeeze over the lemon and add a tiny splash of olive oil.
Stir in the crème fraîche.
Stir in the herbs.
Finish by scattering sesame seeds across the top and adding the pea shoots.
