4 tbsp thick yogurt
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
A few drops of Tabasco
Iceberg lettuce finely shredded
2 flat breads
Place the sliced onions into a bowl and add the orange juice. Leave to stand for 30 minutes or until the onions start to soften, then drain from the juice.
Cut each chicken thighs into 4.
Mix together the cayenne, cumin, olive oil and add the chicken - coat in the spices. Leave to marinate or heat a frying pan on a high heat immediately.
Add the chicken to the frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
If you are using Babybel, add it once the chicken is cooked and allow to warm through for a minute. Add a little more oil to the pan if needs be. Season with salt then remove from the pan.
Mix together the yogurt, chilli sauce and Tabasco. Season.
Warm the flat breads in the oven.
Place some of the chicken in a line down the middle of each bread, scatter with shredded lettuce, then spoon over some of the yogurt dressing, scatter over parsley leaves and top with the softened onions. Roll everything up and eat.
