He told them he thought it was ‘wonderful’ that they were celebrating his mother’s life and legacy.

Our ladies reflected on how they deal with the anniversary of a loved one’s death and if they ever feel ‘grief-shamed’ for not 'grieving enough'.

Coleen said on the anniversary of the death of her sister, she is always reluctant to post on social media but felt some pressure to do so, "Last year I ended up posting a picture, because I felt I had to. I thought people are going to be judging me if I don't."

Janet added that on the anniversary of a loved one's death, people "should be able to grieve on their own terms."
