Janet calls for care home residents to be allowed nominate a visitor to receive the coronavirus vaccine

As news of a potential coronavirus vaccine discovery spread around the globe, our Loose Women were relieved to think that there might be some light at the end of the tunnel.

The women shared their hopes for the future, should the vaccine be found to be safe and successfully rolled out, explaining how relieved they were to think that they might be able to interact with their loved ones in the same way again when it's safe to do so.

And Janet told us why she believes that care home residents - who have been deemed top of the priority list by scientists to receive any vaccine - should be able to nominate one person to receive it too, so they can come and visit them safely.
