Harry Judd and wife Izzy tell us how exercise helped them through mental health struggles
Harry Judd and his wife Izzy joined Christine on the sofa this morning to talk about how exercise has helped them to overcome their struggles with mental health.
"[Exercise] massively helped me," Harry explained. "It's my version of meditation, it's something you can control. That's what I found really helpful with anxiety, it's something I can control. Get out of the house - releasing stress, releasing the endorphins."
Izzy also spoke about how keeping fit helped her deal with her fertility struggle, "I would go out and do yoga or meditation. Looking at it from more of a holistic point of view really helped with my anxiety. Anxiety, for me, was the biggest battle when trying to conceive."
