Jemma Redgrave pulls on her doctor's scrubs again
Fourth generation of the Redgrave acting clan, Jemma Redgrave joins Lorraine to talk about her new role in hospital drama Holby City.
Last night Jemma made her debut as straight-talking Bernie Wolfe, a feisty general surgeon with battlefield experience. She's flown to the hospital from Afghanistan with a spinal fracture and heart problem following an explosion while on duty in Kabul.
Of course, it's not the first time Jemma has practised medicine. She famously played Dr Eleanor Bramwell, in Bramwell and more recently, she played Doctor Zoe Evans in the BBC drama Frankie about a district nurse in Bristol.
