With very calm but mild, moist air with us in the last few days we've had some very foggy nights and mornings in places.
The fog has struggled to lift and clear in many eastern areas - leaving very murky, misty conditions into the afternoons.
Visibility has dropped as low as 50metres or so where the fog has been at it's thickest.
It's another gloomy, grey set up today but temperatures stay where you'd expect this time of year - and might even be a little higher than the October average in some spots of the south.
It's staying calm but with a bit more of a breeze developing this coming night, the fog should be less extensive tomorrow morning.
