James Bond buffs had a view to a thrill as they grabbed a chance to watch 007 stunts being filmed in London last night.

Film fans lined the River Thames in an effort to catch a glimpse of Daniel Craig in the latest instalment of the big-screen adventure series.

Some bridges over the Thames were temporarily closed to the public as crew in high-visibility vests warned pedestrians from getting too close to the action.

Members of the film's entourage told bystanders Craig would be taking part in a scene filmed on a speedboat.

The film, Spectre, comes after the success of Skyfall, which grossed $1.1 billion dollars (£700 million) worldwide. It is scheduled for release on 6th November.
