If you have a train booked or were due to travel here is what you should do:

  • If your train has been cancelled customers are advised to postpone their trip

  • Request a refund or free ticket exchange by filling in the form here

  • If you have an online account click here

  • Those exchanging can choose to travel between 7am and 8.30pm tomorrow

A statement from Eurostar said: "We are sorry to our passengers for today's delays and cancellations. We expect a normal service to resume tomorrow."
