On 9th September, Queen Elizabeth II will become Britain's longest serving monarch.

A title previously held by Queen Victoria, Elizabeth is set to break that record of 23,226 days, 16 hours and 22 minutes.

Elizabeth's became Queen on 6th February, 1952, following the death of her father, King George VI. She was just 25 years old when he died.
