Scottish people vented their frustrations on social media when Facebook offered them the chance to mark St Andrew's Day on their profile - with the flag of Romania.
But the flag mix up wasn't as bad as many felt, as St Andrew is the patron saint of Scotland and Romania - as well as other European countriesincluding Greece and Poland.
Some Scottish Facebook users posted their frustrations on Twitter, saying they were only given the option of the Romanian flag and not the Saltire.
One user in Scotland posted on Twitter: "Well done @facebook. Romanian flag for St. Andrew’s day. May have been an idea to let us Scots have a Saltire, no?
The problem has now appears to have been fixed, AS an option to share Scotland's national flag is now available.
