A mother and a baby have been missing for two weeks after becoming embroiled in family court litigation.
A High Court judge has said he is "extremely concerned" for the welfare of Russian-born Kristine Jakovleva, 26, who has disappeared with five-month-old daughter Elisa Warner.
Miss Jakovleva vanished after becoming embroiled in family court litigation with former partner Adam Warner, 42.
Mr Justice Mostyn has urged anyone with information to raise the alarm.
The case had been examined at private family court hearings.
But Mr Justice Mostyn, who sits in the Family Division of the High Court and is based in London, on Friday ruled that Elisa and her mother could be identified in the hope that publicity would help find them.
The judge was told that the family had lived in the Isle of Dogs, east London, and near Bideford, Devon.
Miss Jakovleva - who has links to Latvia - had been staying with an acquaintance called Laila Brice in Dagenham, east London, when she vanished, he heard.
"They were last seen in Dagenham on the 16th of February," said Mr Justice Mostyn.
"Elisa's whereabouts are completely unknown."
He added: "I am extremely concerned for her welfare."
