The second annual Facebook Football Awards take play on Monday 9th May and you can watch the whole show live on ITV Football's Facebook page.

Football fans from around the globe have been voting for their Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, Manager of the Year and Club of the Year in a truly remarkable Premier League campaign.

The show will be hosted by ITV Football's Sam Matterface, with Lee Dixon, Robbie Savage and Fernando Morientes joining Sam as pundits to provide analysis as the gongs are dished out.

Celebrating excellence during what has been the most unpredictable Premier League season to date, the Facebook Football Awards also invited fans to select a full 11 man line-up in the Best XI award, ensuring the Premier League’s star goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards are all individually recognised for their outstanding campaigns.

The winners of all seven of categories, which also include Content of the Year and Mirror Football Fan of the Year award, will be revealed during the hour long show which is being streamed live on ITV Football's Facebook page from 7pm on Monday.
