Ditch the duvet

Close and stuffy overnight with temperatures not sliding much below 17-18C it'll be an uncomfortable nights sleep for many - and no need for the duvet.

Tomorrow we keep the close, muggy air. There'll be a good deal of cloud around but as patchy rain clears parts of the south-east through the morning, a brighter afternoon with sunnier spells.

There'll be some showery rain on and off through northern and western counties - and a bit more of a breeze.

Despite these conditions - it'll remain warm and muggy.
