Chef and nutritionist Dale Pinnock has now come up with two more recipes to help families eat smarter and healthier...and all whilst saving you money of course!
“This recipe is one for all the family - even the fussy ones. Blending the sauce is a cracking way to hide the veggies kids would usually avoid!
Whilst you’re waiting for the chicken to cook, you can even get your evening jobs done...like bathing the kids or putting a wash on...result!
Serve this one up with either rice, pasta, salad or some steamed greens.”

“Do you have a vegetarian in the family and find yourself cooking multiple meals to accommodate everyone? This recipe will impress the most discerning of meat eaters...trust me.
The beans used in the recipe can be swapped for whatever you have in the cupboard, i.e. kidney beans, chickpeas etc. It’s a great way of making use of those tins that might be gathering dust!
Don’t forget, the sweet potatoes are full of amazing goodness, but if you’d rather eat it with rice, then go for it. And if you love your batch cooking, then this recipe is a winner. Just portion up the chilli, stick it in the freezer and save it for another night.”
