Trying to get fit can, quite literally, be an uphill struggle...or at least it feels like it. Finding the time to go on 10k runs, or the money for an expensive gym membership is just a no-go for many of us.
But it really doesn’t need to be like that! Our fitness expert, Tom Pitfield, has shown the Eat, Shop, Save families that getting a bit of exercise into your routine will only take 15 minutes, a couple of times a week, with zero equipment and can really make a huge change to your life!

By doing these 15 minute HIIT workouts, you could burn just as many calories as half an hour on the treadmill. If that’s not enough to get you digging out your trainers, then we don’t know what is!
