Coronavirus survivor's baby miracle

A family has told ITV News of their miracle birth during the coronavirus pandemic, after baby Astara was conceived against the odds following her mum's cancer treatment.

Astara's mum, Kate Foxal who was told her chances of having a second child were slim, also contracted coronavirus towards the end of her pregnancy and described the ordeal as "pretty scary".

Just three days after coming out of quarantine, Ms Foxal gave birth to Astara and went home, only to be rushed back into hospital as the baby had developed a fever but thankfully tested negative for the virus.

ITV News Reporter Ria Chatterjee visited the family.
