The former reality TV star and businesswoman announced she would be tying the knot with the Blink 182 drummer in an Instagram post.
Kourtney shared a series of photos of the couple, along with the caption: "forever."
The pair made their relationship public this January.

The 42-year-old, of the high-profile Kardashian clan, posted two photos of the pair capturing the romantic setting for an apparent beach proposal.
The intimate shots featured the couple embracing in the middle of a huge ring of red roses encircled by candles.
Barker responded to her post with the words "forever" and shared Instagram stories of the pair celebrating with friends and families at a rose-covered dinner table.
Kim and Khloe Kardashian reacted to their sister's Instagram announcement with a series of heart and ring emojis.
Kim shared a video of the newly engaged pair kissing, set to the Bruno Mars tune "Marry You."
In the clip and pictures shared by half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, beaming Kourtney can be seen sporting what appears to be a large diamond engagement ring.
A representative for the star confirmed the engagement news to Associated Press, but no other details have yet been revealed.
People magazine and celebrity website TMZ reported Barker arranged the proposal at a beach in Montecito, California, which is near Santa Barbara.
Kardashian was formerly in a long-term relationship with fellow Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick, with whom she had three children: Mason Dash, 11, Penelope, age nine, and Reign, six.
Barker, 45, has been married twice previously, and has two children with ex-wife, the actress Shanna Moakler: Landon and Alabama Barker, aged 18 and 15 respectively.
It will be Barker's third marriage.
Alabama and a string of celebrity well-wishers congratulated to the couple on their announcement. She wrote in the comments: "Love u guys."
