Labour majority: 3

Labour now have an overall majority on Norwich City Council for the first time since 2002. The party ran it as a minority administration for a number of years. The Greens are the main opposition with their biggest council group in the country. The Conservatives lost their two remaining seats on the council.

New council: Lab 21 (+3), Green 15 (n/c), LD 3 (-1), Con 0 (-2)
