A disabled woman from Bedfordshire has handed in a petition containing 45,000 signatures to Downing Street to protest about changes to the social care system.

Angela Murray, who is 29 and comes from Luton, says the council has reduced the amount of home care she receives from twenty hours a day to three. She says her life will not be worth living under the new regime.
