We're now into double figures in December, and we’ve been inundated with wonderful seasonal messages for ITV Anglia’s Christmas Shout Out.

You can read some of them below and click here to send a message of your own.

Richard and Julie Goodridge from Northampton

"Happy 22nd wedding anniversary from your daughters!

"We love you so much. Even though we drive you mad, we appreciate everything we do for us!"

Staff at the VRCC Care Unit for Cats & Dogs at Basildon and the Stowe Veterinary Group in Stowmarket

“I would like to give a big thank you to all the vets and staff at the VRCC Cancer and Critical Care Unit for Cats and Dogs at Basildon and all the staff at Stowe Veterinary Group.

“During the past year they have looked after me, and thanks to them I am now cancer free. Sending lots of woofs and licks.”

– Sent by Martha the Airedale Terrier

Josh Rope-Watts from Norwich

“My Christmas Shout Out is for my amazing husband Josh. We got married last year and we are awaiting the arrival of our first child.

“I would like to thank his for all his hard work doing up our home in preparation for our Christmas baby, as well as working very hard at his job.

“He has hardly any spare time but when he does he's at Carrow Road supporting the Yellows!

“He's going to be a fantastic father and I can't wait for the next chapter of our lives.”

– Sent by Jade Rope-Watts

Pat Sweeney from Northampton

“He’s done a lot for Brier Hill Youth and Community and Centre, where he was chairman for two years.

"He also ran a local football club which was called the Double Four FC and he ran junior discos in the 1970s and 1980s.

“He always puts his family and friends first, but does not ask for anything back.

“He had a heart attack two and half years ago, but after all he’s been through he still has a smile on his face.

“We would like to say a big thank you to him because he deserves it so much.”

– Sent by his son Ryan Sweeney and partner Kim
