A mother of three diagnosed with terminal cancer is preparing for the wedding day she thought she would never see.
Sarah McAllister, from Beccles in Suffolk, will marry her partner Lee this weekend surrounded by her three children, family and friends.
She was diagnosed with skin cancer just a few weeks after giving birth to her youngest son Albert. The pains she thought were the result of the pregnancy had actually been the cancer spreading and, by the time she was diagnosed, she was told it was terminal.
But planning for her wedding has helped Sarah get through months of treatment and radiotherapy.
Sarah hopes the wedding will leave her young family with happy memories.
The wedding has been funded thanks to the kindness of strangers - through a crown-sourcing website which raised £4,000.
The family was also offered discounts on the venue, suits, and dresses, and were given gifts of wedding jewellery, make up, favours and their wedding rings.See Sarah preparing for her wedding day in Tanya Mercer's report below.
