Dad turns front garden into putting green for 5-year-old golf mad son
Parents with sporty children will often spend endless hours supporting them from the touchline and lay out hundreds of pounds on their kit and equipment but one dad has really gone the extra mile.
Robert Moore from Peterborough is so keen for his son to practise golf that he's turned their front garden into a putting green.
Five-year-old Bobby is already competing against older children - so his Dad's spent thousands getting the artificial turf laid instead of a lawn.
With a name like Bobby Moore, you might expect him to love football. But Bobby's favourite club is a wedge.
That's why his dad spent £6,500 building a putting green with artificial grass in the front garden. He didn't even tell his finance he was doing it.
Young Bobby scored his first hole in one when he was three.

Not only does the putting green make it easy for Bobby to practice his golf it also means his dad doesn't need to mow the lawn.
