A £10,000 reward is being offered to help solve the disappearance and suspected murder of a Cambridgeshire man.
Ricardas Puisys, who is originally from Lithuania, was last seen at work at the Nightlayer Leek Company in Chatteris in September 2015.
He has not been seen since and police in Cambridgeshire believe he has been murdered.
Now the Crimestoppers charity has announced a reward of up to £10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible.
Roger Critchell, Crimestoppers' director of operations, urged anyone who knew what had happened to Mr Puisys to get in touch.
"The suspicious disappearance of this man is a total mystery. One minute he was at work with colleagues at a factory and then he is never seen again.
