A coroner has criticised the Luton and Dunstable Hospital after the death of a 10-month-old boy from a rare bowel condition.

Leo Stacey arrived at the hospital on October 6 2015 unwell and dehydrated. The coroner said the hospital did not fully address those issues.

His parents, who are from Harpenden, now plan to sue, worried it could happen to another child like Leo.

Luton and Dunstable Hospital have apologised to the family.
