Southend United manager Phil Brown will mark four years at the club this weekend as they head to AFC Wimbledon.
Brown took over the club in March 2013 when they were in League Two, and led them to promotion via the play-offs in 2015.
He told the club website: "I look back on my time with pride and a lot of sense of achievement to a certain extent."
“The challenge was to try and get the club from the second division into a higher division, which we’ve done, and now the challenge is moving from the first division to the Championship."
Brown has previously managed at Derby County, Hull City and Preston North End, as well as a spell as caretaker manager at Bolton Wanderers.
His side are now sixth in League One and are chasing promotion to the Championship.
