Police say a three-year-old girl who has gone missing with her parents in Essex "may not be receiving the level of care she needs".
Peggie Happer, from the Jaywick and Clacton area, is believed to be with her mother Lisa Douglas, 33, who is also known as Lisa Tonner, and her father James Happer, 44. They have not been seen since Tuesday, April 4.
Both parents are thought to be involved with drugs and police say that has made them worry about Peggie's welfare - although there is no legal reason why the little girl should not be with them.
"The lifestyle Peggie’s parents lead is what causes me concern for her welfare. Both are believed to be involved with drugs and that’s not an environment a child should be exposed to.
Anyone who sees Peggie, Miss Douglas or Mr Happer, should contact Clacton police station on 101.
