From planting and ploughing to lambing season and the harvest, the farming calendar is packed with challenges... and that's before you even mention the weather.
But one family in Milton Keynes has decided to capture all those challenges on camera in a series showcasing life on the farm.
It follows Sarah Denne, who's been farming since she was 14, and her family - with son Rufus and co-producer Josh doing the filming and editing.
"I want people to know what I do on the farm. What happens. What I do with the sheep. We have losses, we have births, we have all sorts of things going on."
The Denne family are three episodes into their series which charts farm life over the calendar year.
They've already introduced online viewers to the "real stars" including Jonathan the bull, Crystal the African goose and Eric the sheep who's always hungry.
"You can't make it up. She's a fantastic woman. She's my mum and she's hilarious and I think we've found a bit of a talent for camerawork too." >
