A Cambridgeshire woman whose wallet was stolen 18 years ago has had it returned.
It still contained her bank cards, a lucky shamrock and her prized picture of Eric Cantona.
Joanne Bevan was astonished when the wallet, stolen in 2000, was returned to her Mum's house.
Joanne, who was 21 in 2000, said having the wallet returned took her back to that time.
It was taken from the hotel she was working at in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
On August 11 the wet and muddy purse was posted through the police station letter box.
Using the address on her provisional licence they were able to return it to her Mum's house.
