"I've been interested in Jazz all my life, it's the greatest form of music ever invented. What people, even if they say they don't like jazz very often don't understand about it, is that it's the foundation of modern music, rock 'n' roll, blues, all of it comes from jazz so we should be interested in it and we should do everything we can to preserve it"
