Men who ran a multi-million pound drug supply business in Luton have been jailed for almost 100 years. The group of six are subject to the largest ever seizure of cocaine in Bedfordshire.
45 kilograms of import grade cocaine was seized from the men last year. The drugs had a street value of approximately £5 million.
The judge described the men as 'peddlers of misery'.
Mohammed Waqas, 29 and Mohammed Irfan Khan, 35 were both jailed for 25 years.
Mohammed Aakil, 39 and Rumel Hussain, 32 will face 18 and 10 years in prison respectively.
Two other men, Manzor Bhuiyan, 31 and Shaheriz Khan, 37, received a 10 year prison sentence.
