A section of the A14 in Cambridgeshire has re-opened 20 hours earlier than scheduled following the demolition of a bridge.
The road was closed between junction 27 at Fenstanton and 29 at Bar Hill.
The road was due to be closed until 6am on Monday morning while the bridge that crosses the A14 at Swavesey was demolished
However Highways England say they have completed the work and the road is now fully open again.
The work is part of £1.5 billion upgrade of the A14 in Cambridgeshire.
The Swavesey junction, junction 28 of the A14, is being extensively modernised as part of the project to upgrade 21 miles of the A14 between Cambridge and Huntingdon.
