Christopher Farrow was sentenced to life in prison after raping and murdering Wendy Speakes in 1994.

He was ordered to serve a minimum of 18 years after he was described as "evil" in court and showing no remorse.

But in November, Farrow was moved to an open prison - with minimal supervision and security - after a recommendation by the Parole Board.

Wendy's daughter, Tracey, doesn't agree with the decision to let Farrow move to the open prison which could lead to parole by the end of the year.

It's an opinion that former Detective Superintendent Bob Taylor also holds.

He told ITV News Anglia: "If it was my decision, no he would never get freedom because I think he will always be a threat to women.

"He won't see many women in the prison system but when he gets out into the big wide world - if he ever did - I am fearful that he would kill again."
