Around 60 firefighters have been tackling a large blaze overnight in an empty NHS building near Bedford Hospital.
It started in Shires House at Bedford Health Village just after 6pm on Thursday.
No staff or patients were inside. Some clinics and care services near the site will be disrupted today.
In a statement Circle Health said: "We have been informed that the building next to our Bedford facility has caught fire and that we are unlikely to be allowed the access the building on Friday.
"As such, will be unable to offer clinics that were scheduled for Bedford at the Enhanced Services Centre; clinics at other locations are unaffected."
Other services run by the East London NHS Foundation Trust based on the Bedford Health Village are unaffected by the fire.
Appointments at Gilbert Hitchcock House and Florence Ball House are going ahead as planned.
The Trust said patients and staff in the Archer Unit and Cedar House were safe and care continued through the night as usual.
